GPS camera video cable, 2.5mm to RCA female for Rand McNally

I bought this to use my Rand McNally 7720 GPS as a rear-view camera. Since Rand McNally chose to use a 2.5mm video plug it was impossible for me to just hook up a camera using a standard jack. After checking with my local electronics stores and finding that no one had a 2.5mm video plug (one of the techs said he had never even seen one) I ended up having to buy this one.It works perfectly and solved my problem but it does seem unreasonable for Rand McNally to require a connector that almost no one sells. While I am not happy with Rand McNally's design decisions, that is not the fault of DieselBoss who markets this connector. It is perfect for the job and works well.

This cable allows you to use a variety of backup cameras with the 7720 rv gps. If you cannot see the photo well enough, it's a 4 pole 2.5mm male plug. Rand as provided no costumer support for one of it's newly advertized features. 3 attempts with rands service, zero help. This item came postage due, $3.53 on top of the $7.50 shipping.Upon reading this review Dieselboss contacted me and arranged a refund for the shipping through Amazon.

Just what I needed for my rearview backup camera for my car. My rearview camera later failed and broke on me but this cable is what I needed to get it to work when hooking it up. This was the only seller on Amazon selling this product for a decent price.

Actual wire is very very thin, but it seems to work ok, however cause the wire is so then it gets hot quickly, not sure how long it will last.
