Really cute and my daughter loves it. We got it for her for Christmas. She plays in it all day. Did have to pay someone to come help my husband put it together. The instructions weren’t very good. But that was to be expected. Shipping was super fast. Overall super satisfied!

Hands down the worst thing I have ever assembled in my life. Any screw with a hex key is IMPOSSIBLE to put in without using extreme force. Not even power tools have helped. You have to turn it so hard, it is stripping. Some I just gave up because it was not going in any further.I highly suggest to pre-drill the pre-drilled holes, or you are going to have a really bad time. My hands are literally in pain, and I’m still on step 3.I also suggest not to fully tighten the side screws until you have part numbers 3 and 4 on. The pegs won’t allow you to slip them on. And you can’t exactly assemble the bed on its side.

Putting it together took some time, but it was easy to do for myself. I believe most people will have troubles with it. MY son loves this little fort bed. The only problem I have is the strong chemical smell. I have had this bed frame for a week now and after trying everything, the smell persist. I found out it is called off gassing and can be dangerous, even cause cancer. Sadly we are returning this thing. So After putting it together, letting my boy sleep in our room, and trying everything I could find online...I now have to tear down and ship back. Wish I had never bought the thing. Good news is we found a nice Batmobile bed and it has no chemical smell.

Issue resolved. Update #1 The company has reached out to me offering a partial refund for the scratches and stains. I will update once the refund is resolved. I didn't expect them to reach out so depending on the outcome I think this company and product will be a 5 star from me. Very impressive customer service thus far.I really wanted to give this 5 stars because it is so cute put together but I just can't. It came in and all the pieces were dirty (like smoke stains) or already scratched. The wood split so easily. Like I stated it's still adorable put together but if you pay this much for a bed I'd expect it to be in better condition brand new.
