I purchased this pillow and my neck and shoulder pain went away after a few nights of using it.

Support pillow
So far it is giving me support for my spine not to bad I don't wake up in pain could be a little more comfortable a little to hard but so far it's ok.

Lopsided thin mess
With reviews being fairly good as well as 4+ stars I had hoped for at least a half decent support pillow for my neck but more than 12 hours after unboxing it is just a thin lopsided mess. It certainly wont support anything nor is it helpful. One side seems to have puffed up to almost the level it should be but the other side has not. I will be finding a different brand at an a store so I can see what I am buying.

Not as advertised
This product is like any other pillow. It is rigid and actually hurts my neck more than it relaxes my neck. I was hoping by giving it time, the neck pain I was experiencing before buying the Ollie would lesson. That’s simply not the case. It does not conform to my neck. The pillow is way to firm.

Smaller than expected, but still good
Great shape, but it is a little short if you have wide shoulders and are a side sleeper. I reach for this before my regular overstuffed pillow.
