This fits perfectly over my toilet to hold extra towels and a few unmentionables. It is very lightweight and easy to install. The finish is flat, which adds to the rustic nature and is ok. I was expecting a more shiny finish, but it is ok. There is one gouge in the front of the shelf that shows because the wood is soft. It was very well packed with styrofoam, so I'm sure the gouge was there when it was packed. Again, it is rustic, so I'm just going to leave it. The piece would be very easy to paint to match any decor.

I liked the looks of it online and ordered.The reviews helped a lot. I knew what to expect. It was like buying something from a garage sale! I received it and it was set up already. The finish painting job was non existing, luckily I had a good quality primer/painting in white at home. The baskets are not of a very good quality but okay. The liner in the baskets were kind of dingy so I washed it. After all that, the coat rack looks very nice. Like I said, it was like buying an item at a garage sale or from China! 😁 (which is where’s from!)

The fact that it is lightweight is actually a plus, it is easy to hang and move. It arrived fully assembled and the baskets were nice. If you don't like the bows you can just turn them around - no bows! The two complaints I have are, 1) the hooks for hanging coats or hats are so short I don't understand why they didn't just add a little length to them, and maybe 5 instead of three (there is enough room for at least four). I wanted to return this but was told I'd need to pay for shipping. I guess I'll keep it, remove the short stubby things, and add real hooks. The paint is so thin, another coat is in order. In fact, the paint is like a white primer, so you might say it's ready for a coat of a color of your choice. Good luck.

It needed a little touching up upon arrival. The paint and hooks weren't great. I repainted it, added a some decorative contact paper, and replaced the "hooks" with some little caninet door knobs (other hooks would work as well). It looks nice and functions well. The baskets are on the smaller side, but still big enough for miscellaneous items (I put it in my laundry room and missing baby socks are going in one basket). It came put together and it was simple to install. It didn't come with hardware fyi, but it just needs 2 drywall anchors and 2 screws. For the extra work and missing hardware it's a little over priced, but in the end I do like it and have enjoyed using it.

This item wasn't what I had hoped. It came with some minor damage and when I contacted the company to return it they were very accommodating. I felt some quilt about complaining because they were so wonderful.

I was excited to put this shelf in our downstairs bathroom. However, it was a challenge to figure out how to hang given that it does not come with the components to hang it with. Also I had to really clean it as it came with a spider nest stuck inside. It is not quality however it does hold my daughter's hair and make up accessories.

When the shelf arrived I loved that it was already assembled and very light weight but the paint was pretty splotchy. I had to add another coat of white paint and then it was perfect for what we needed. It was still a good price compared to other similar shelves but needed a little TLC before it was perfect.
