Protection for your palm
This product did a very good job of protecting the tender palm pad associated with my case of trigger finger. I work in a field where daily use of hand tools, pulling, pushing and moving various equipment put a tremendous strain on my hand. Without the TFS I would have been unable to work up until my surgery could be scheduled. My only complaint is that the edges begin to break down and fray after about 2 weeks. Plan on needing a spare if you have to work with your hands.

Wonderful!
It worked great! It really helped and I am hanging on to it in case of a flare-up.

It does not work for me at all
I was so looking forward to getting my Trigger Finger Splint, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. After wearing the splint for a couple of hours it becomes painful - leaving my finger with a very deep, very red and painful indentation just below my PIP joint. While wearing it, I keep pulling it down from that area every few minutes but that hasn't helped. The product needs to be a bit larger toward the top where the finger is somewhat thicker. The area between my two fingers is also red, irritated and itchy. So I apparently am also allergic to something in the material.I am now back to taping my finger like I had been doing for about a week prior to receiving my splint. This was definitely not the right product for me.

Help for Trigger Finger
These have been a great help for my husband's trigger finger. The small size is best for the pinky finger.

not supportive but can be modified
The splint is good for trigger finger at the joint between palm and finger. However, it's not strong enough to support the joint. I put a finger wide hairpin with a little curve to support the finger, which works perfectly. This splint, at least, has the right shape that I want. Just with a little modify, it can be much better.

Mine lasted a week
Due to the previous reviews I ordered it in size S instead of XS. My finger was "borderline" and I didn't experience any issues like blood being cut off. But the product didn't work for me. I was still able to bend my finger, not as much as without it but still to the point of the "trigger".Additional, after a week of wearing it the thread that holds this little piece together came loose. Under the thread, it is glued together but without the thread holding it together didn't make it much longer.Anyway, might work for other people, but spending around 18 Dollars for one week of wearing is in my opinion too expensive.

might work, but the sizing is WRONG
this product might work, but the listed sizing is inaccurate. according to the measurements i took myself AND the sizing indicator in the package received, the size i needed was the S. in fact, i was on the very smallest end of the S size. however, the product was far too tight, and cut off blood flow to my finger. i tried stretching it and wearing it a bit to see if that helped. it didn't. within ten minutes, my finger was cold and white. definitely not the desired remedy for trigger finger.
