DC Collectibles Batman vs. Harley Quinn Battle Statue

DC Collectibles have created a nightmare. This remarkable statue is a textbook case of poor manufacturing and quality control. How could an expensive and intricate piece like this be shipped without anyone checking to see if the statue's components could be put together? DC only has themselves to blame for this high-profile disaster. If the statues were properly manufactured, they would have been amazing. Now it's a total mess. Don't spend any money on these statues, you'll have to send them back for a refund. What a shame.

As stated this item is completely broken. Holes do not line up with pegs, some holes aren't even deep enough to fit some pegs in them. The cape doesn't line up with the hyenas mouth. I still can't believe DC shipped these out to people. I returned the item and will never pre-order a statue from DC again.

Unable to assemble this statue like many others, Batman's cape is totally wrong for the rear hyena compared to the preview photos, his knee is too close to the front hyena and can't get past it, and his foot pegs do not line up anywhere close to being able to mount him onto the train car. When his rear boot is locked into the hole for that foot-peg the front boot foot-peg is a solid half-inch off from where it needs to be to be insert. Attempting to line both of them up means neither will go in and his knee scrapes the front hyena. A comic shop in Texas has issued notice to all customers that they are recalling all the ones they have sold and won't be selling any more, DO NOT BUY THIS STATUE.Photos included show boot-peg position problem, hyena position problem, and terrible cape quality.

Do not buy this statue. Everyone is having issues putting it together. The pegs do not line up with the holes for assembly.

Well I bought this on pre-order, didn't cancel pre-order because I assumed things would be fixed a few months down the line but no. Got my October 30th for the record. The cart doesn't fit into the rails at the pegs, same thing for Batmans feet and Harleys foot is a little off too, you can see the metal peg sticking out. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

Very poor quality control. Decals on Harley's leg flaked, remarkably poor fit requiring heating of Batmans cape to get it to fit in the Hyena mouth and out of the way just to get Batman's feet fitted properly. Various pits and imperfections. A clear previous repair on the end of Batman's cape. Too much glue on Hyena paws. DC needs to work on it's QC!

The tracks don't fit into the base.

I've had statues that were a little off on asembly, but we're manageable. This statue, however, is not anywhere near manageable. Not only were the pegs so far off from placeable, the paint was atrocious. Harley's hat had several spots that weren't even painted. I was very much looking forward to this statue, too. Sadly it's left as a "what might have been"
