The Beech Lane 12V Refrigerator Evaporator Fin Fan has been a game-changer for our RV refrigerator. Prior to installation, we frequently dealt with uneven cooling and ice buildup on the evaporator fins. Since adding this fan, the airflow has been significantly improved, preventing ice accumulation and ensuring even cooling throughout the fridge. Installation was straightforward, thanks to the included alligator clips that attach directly to the evaporator fins. The fan connects easily to the 12V power supply, either through the fridge light’s wiring or directly to the 12V power supply at the back of the fridge. Purchased this fan to help circulate the air within my RV refrigerator to help keep it cooler. This fan does not disappoint! Installation was simple, and I wired it to the light in the refrigerator. I installed this prior to a trip to Florida, where it was HOT, and I was quite pleased at how it helped keep the temperature down within my fridge. The only slight disappointment is the fan started getting louder and louder to the point I could easily hear it with the door closed. I was going to return it for a replacement, but the return period expired when we were on our trip. Beech Lane customer service to the rescue! Upon returning from our trip, I reached out to Beech Lane customer service, explaining the situation. They asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. The replacement fan is on its way! This is the second time I’ve reached out to Beech Lane customer service (once for a different product) and they’ve been great. Based on customer service alone, I would lean towards purchasing Beech Lane products over others.

This is working great with our norcold 8nx fridge - no more ice on the fins, better airflow, and it is staying much cooler on a lower setting. It is quiet and was very easy to install, clips easily to the fins. The customer service is amazing.

Helps keep fins from getting ice covered , and affecting fridge temp. Works good . Had it installed in March and ran it continuously until October . Really a good solution for my RV fridge getting warm.

Excellent customer service. Bought one of these for our RV, worked great for a while then it started to stop working. Was under warranty and they replaced it right away! Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Installation was easy. Fan is well made. Little on the noisy side but not bad. My problem is that it did not make even one degree difference on the internal temp of the fridge. We live in the hot Arizona. Was hoping that this would at least drop the fridge a few degrees. But it did nothing. Did not try and return since we were past the return time.

We had problems with items at the top of our two-way RV fridge freezing. We brought this hoping moving the air away from the fins would help. I wish I purchased this sooner because it did a fantastic job. Wiring it was a little tricky. I spliced into the wiring for the light to power the fan. There wasn't a lot of extra wire, but we were able to make it work. Using the included alligator clips to install the fans to the fins was quick and easy. Especially because you can unhook the wiring while installing the unit and then easily plug the wiring back in. We took it out on a weeklong camping trip to a Michigan state forest with no hookups. The fridge ran off propane the entire week. The fans help keep the entire fridge around 37f. The fan is smaller than I expected and doesn't take up that much space which is great. I would definitely recommend this.

Amaizing product and easy to install to the fridge light. I htought the frosying issues was due to the thermostat however, the fans completely recti fied the problem. No more frost. My frozen meats are able to defrost within a couple days on the top shelvings and veggies don't get spoiled! They stay fresh for a good 2 weeks. So very pleased with this product.

As a full timer living in our RV, we struggled with poor performance of our Fridge. We started by adding fans to the ventilation stack to increase performance. Unfortunately it worked but created another issue! Frosting!! We had to defrost our fridge every 3 months or so. Adding this fan to our fridge as eliminated ice build up on the fins. Great product, noise barely perceptible when door close. My Bed is only 6 feet away and I dont’t hear a thing.
