Just the right amount of Maple flavoring '
I was unhappy with this last delivery as the lids were not properly sealed. I like the Maple flavored vinegar for making dilled cucumbers; the seal for the outside was properly put on but the seal under the lid was not.

AMAZING for use with BBQ mop sauces
One use I've discovered for this: it makes fantastic mop sauces for ribs or other slow-cooked BBQ. (I use this, some ketchup, brown sugar, and minor seasonings if you like 'em). But really, any mop sauce that needs vinegar: PLEASE USE THIS YOUR LIFE WILL BE BETTER

Excellent, vinous flavor
The flavor starts out like red wine vinegar, then maple flavors in the middle, then fades to regular red wine.

Not sweet, but clingy
Bought this because Sioux Chef calls for it in several recipes. It’s not sweet and it clings to the food, so it’s really wonderful for roasted veggies. Reminds me of apple cider vinegar, but stickier.

Freaky taste....mild sweet/acid that will work on mild things like fish, etc. Worth having in the pantry.

No maple taste.
I did not taste any maple flavor in the vinegar. I tasted vinegar. I expected a maple vinegar to have a maple taste.
