Nice product
I was introduced to this product that they use in the rooms at the Inn at Little Washington. Lovely, light fragrance. Not overwhelming. They sell this at the Inn for more per bottle. So, I just went on line and saved some $$.

Buyer beware - NO REEDS!
Great product rendered useless until you find reeds elsewhere. Super disappointing.

Overpowering scent
I had seen this diffuser in a friend's home and wanted to try it. While the scent was exquisite in my friend's home, I'm finding it nauseatingly overpowering in mine. I have moved it from room to room, and there's no location where it doesn't offend. I'm disappointed because it was pricey and I thought I would love it. My hope is maybe it will seem less overpowering over time, but for now it's been relegated to my basement. If you are looking for a light scent, this is not it.

Missing reeds
Missing reeds. Misleading description. It's not about the money value of missing reeds either. When you're spending this much on a product I don't believe I need to inconvenience myself to order additional products that was promised in the package. The return system is no help for such a trivial addition either. So buyer beware.
