I bought these for a high school PE class. They held up surprisingly well, but they're very long. These are more suitable for foot to hand/ foot to should workouts. The range of weight resistance is nice if you have a variety of builds using them or if you're solo and working up to a stronger frame. They were easy to clean, and came in a handy bag for them. Easy to transport, too.

I use these bands to help realign my lower lumbar area. The purple band is great, works perfect. The red band is ok too, but not as firm/sturdy as the purple.

The bands give no resistance at all either to a low quality of the rubber or improper storage. A total waste of money. Do not buy these bands!!!
