Works like it says it does
It's not as versatile as I was hoping, but isn't as cheaply made as I was expecting after reading other reviews. Works basically as it says it does.

Good price probably same results as higher priced versions
My chiropractor uses one of these rot rotator cuff/shoulder movements but a much higher quality version. The plastic is cheap on this one, but it probably does the same job as a more expensive option.

Doesnt take too long to get comfortable with it and you really do feel it working the arms and abs,I recommend it for beginners and for pros to add to there workout sessions as its fun and challenging
