Well designed,fast to heat up,and easy to use.
Thus straightening iron is great! It's well designed and has a swivel cord, a grill that won't ever burn yourself ( if you have Littles it's great as it feels like it would be very safe). It also has a heat setting high and lower and shows the Temps. It's so fast to heat up and the motion of "brushing" out your hair to and straighten is genius! Works well and Would defo recomomend.

Excellent Hair Straightening Tool
This is my second purchase of this amazing hair straightening tool. Works great to smooth out thick curly/frizzy hair.

Easy to use
Easy to use and great tool for making curly hair straight.

Easy to use, but you need a product.
It would not magically make your hair shiny, but it will straighten the hair, you must need more time then the regular flat iron. For a non hairdresser average person it will do the job. Only used once, and it is sitting in the closet. Nice little hair straightener.

Best Straightener on the Market
I have purchased 2 of these. The first one I got while at the OC Fair a few years back. The cord got pinched so I had to order another one. I LOVE it so much that I have told everyone of my friends about it. Last week, a friend and her sister were over and I did the sister's hair. She loved it and went online to buy one. When she told me the price, I bought another one - just in case. You will love this straightener for sure. My hair is smooth and super shiny and it is not damaging like flat irons. Thanks Enzo

Consistent poor quality, stops working.
I have bought 2 of these and each one lasted less than 2 1/2 years. On/Off button on first one quit working. On the second one, it turns off after a few minutes (like it senses it's over heating but I only set it to 350). I'll find another brand to try, not spending any more money on this one.

Consider upgrading
Worked great for 9 months but heat issues afterwards. Not sure if this model was the issue. I had the more expensive model that lasted for years and thought this would be a good choice. Just disappointed because it really does work great when working.
