Please forgive me but this is junk it wouldn't crimp my 10 mm cap it tore it up it's just a junk tool

My husband likes to brew his own kombucha. This tool comes in handy. It is very sturdy and we expect it will last a lifetime.

I had ordered this crisper to support the reclosing of some of the vials that my wife’s medication comes in. I am in the pharmaceutical industry and have used similar tools in a development lab several years ago, and these are absolutely equivalent. They are setup specifically for a 20 mm vial, so if you are trying them on anything else, they will not work. The aluminum caps are perfectly crimped using this tool and they look perfect and protect the vial stoppers. I hope that this helps.

These pliers are excelling for opening up small caps on bottles. They have a round shape which encircles the cap and gives you good leveraged. This is sold for vials but you may use it on anything the roof opening fits onto.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product. This crimper has a great finish, opens super wide, applies tons of pressure and opens and closes without much effort. It seems like a tool that will last for years to come as long as it's properly cared for. It also has a sleek design that looks good in any tool or crafting cabinet, for what it's worth. My only gripe is that I think the price could come down a little bit, but that's not enough for me to lower the rating. The bottom line: The seller has a great product, and they know it.

It does the job, but it is not a uniform crimp. I am going to try the other style available here on Amazon.
