products is good. but for service you get no contact details. No info as to from where you would get service / repairs .Tried to get to the available no many times. No help received.The Kapicon KP50 high pressure washer I bought in Aug 2022 for Rs 9999 , refuses to start instantly. You have to press hold the gun trigger for 5 mins each time you release it, for the machine to start. No help received from Kalpesh industries or other no. so far.Even the manual provided along with the pump at the time of purchase does not carry any address or contact no.!!!

Worth buy … no second thoughts go for it / comparing to other imported brands . They give all accessories needed . Noise level is too low / suction power & pressure is too good .U can use both bucket water intake or direct garden hose intake .. this make it truly portable

The media could not be loaded.  This product is the worst ever product I had purchased from Amazon . Very very bad service as well . I had sent the product two times spending 1000 rs in the commitment that they will send me a new product. But they had send the same product in the comment that they will do only repair and not nee one . Now they say that they have not committed. For heaven sake don’t go for any of their products as it’s the same feedback from one of my friends. If you want to lose your money , then go for it otherwise … DONT GO . Not at all worthy to .Latest update— I spoke to Girish from the escalation team . He promised me he will send a new product. I waited for 2 weeks and then I got the product which is not new , the scratches in the machine is same . So he had sent me the old one claiming that it’s the new one. I send the pictures but he is saying thr accessories are old and machine is new. But that’s not the case . We shouldn’t encourage such dealers so I request not to go for this product in future .

Machine is quality is good,user friendly,only since beging pressure switch is not working otherwise it is onk quality wise.

The good:This is supposed to have an induction motor (brushless), so it runs for longer periods continuously. Other brands are advertised as having universal motors. We have run it for 4-5 hours continuously in 36-37 centigrade weather. If it gets overheated, it turns off by itself and works normally after it cools down -- Some other home pressure washers only work 4-5 minutes continuously. It produces same amount of pressure and works the same as a commercial washer, but is much smaller and can easily be carried in hand and can be kept in a small cupboard easily. It is also self priming, so you can just dip the suction hose in a bucket and it will work fine.The not so good: All the parts (nozzles, inlets etc.) are made of plastic. This is fine for home use, but I would imagine they wear out after a while and will need to be replaced. The price keeps changing -- I bought it for Rs 9300, but now it is priced around 8900. I would check and buy when the price is right.

The motor is more refined than kp-40

It gives nice with efficient water flow along with pressure..
