Comfortable I can sit in this chair for hours. It’s study and good value

It’s comfortable, has great back support, and I love the colours. It was absolutely worth it.

I do like the chair, it's mostly comfortable, is as described. The head pillow is in a bit of a weird position, and feels like it forces your head forward.But it arrived with dirty marks, what looks like dirty hand prints from packaging. There's a rip on the arm rest and stuffing is showing in the head rest too.

Was absolutely delighted when I start putting the chair together. It looked good and looked comfy and then realised I was missing the connecting part to hold the back of the chair to the bottom of the chair.Managed to contact customer services to be told that I could only return the chair to be refunded.Worst part is that Amazon only pays £4.75 for it to be returned. The cheapest company I found was £20 to pick parcel from my house to be delivered to Amazon depot. So I lost £15.I am peeved as I felt I have been robbed particularly when I was really looking forward to it.

First chair arrived broken, which made the chair unusable. The company was very quick to respond when I contacted them and sent another chair immediately., Unfortunately, due to the Christmas post, the chair did not arrive, so the company contacted me and sent another one, which arrived today. This one is perfect; comfortable and easy to set up. Thank you for your help!
