Worked Great Till It Shorted
Seemed to be great and meet my needs. But I had a Amazfit charger plugged into it, and it was bumped into a metal slider on my desk, which apparently shorted the whole thing out (not just the port of the hub it was in). The lights on it went out when it touched the metal and came back up when I removed it. But now none of the hub ports work. I will probably buy a replacement because I think it's still a decent value for the price.**Edit to 5 stars. My mistake caused the USB cluster on my PC to fry. The hub is fine and I was able to move it to a new USB port on another cluster.**

Works great with various usb devices! Shorter cable though.
Very good quality and electronics! All items i used work great with it. Ranging from phone charging usb-c cables to entire driving simulator gear! The only issue is that the length of the cord is very short, but would be nice for a laptop.

Good Product
Great product, wish the cable was just a little longer but works for what I need, and the quality, quick shipping and great price.

Works Great! Plug and Play, but has a Loose Connection Port
Works well and does the trick for my USB 3.0 and 2.0 peripherals. I'm on linux (Zorin 16) and it's plug and play, which is great! No hassling with drivers or anything else. It just works. Haven't tried the powered version, haven't needed it for my stuff. The switches are firm enough that you don't switch them by accident, but not so firm you bump the device around switching them.I just have one quibble, the connection from the USB cord to the device is super loose. If I pick up the hub to move it slight to a different position on my desk the cord comes out of the socket entirely and I have to reconnect my wireless headset. This is admittedly getting on my nerves. Not sure if there's a good fix. I'm going to try attaching velcro squares to it and the shelf on my desk to see if a permanent home helps.Otherwise the device has been flawless and the led lights for the switches are bright enough to see, but not too bright when you try to go to bed. Very nicely designed.

Main cable permanently attached (does not match photos)
WARNING : Seller GYORGKSHI is selling a similar but inferior product using this listing. The USB hub I received does NOT have a removable main cord. It is a flimsy cheap feeling 2 foot USB A cable that is permanently connected to the hub. Product listing photos show the item has a removable main cable and I was planning on swapping it out for a durable 6' USB cable. Now I have to use an extension cable. Overall, it does have 7 ports and it seems to power and transfer data on each of them. Feels very cheaply constructed though and my copy came with a weird smudge of dried liquid on the corner.

As described, works perfectly but pay attention to the power issue and size of power input jack
As described, works perfectly. Acts like a normal usb3 hub except you have the option to turn off ports. Normally, you wouldn't have the occasion to do this but there are a couple of situations. One would be where your computer doesn't recognize an input device unless you disconnect it and then reconnect it. Much better to turn the port on and off with this hub. Another would be, when you are not using an external power supply, where you need to remove devices temporarily to reduce power draw from the computer usb3 port (max 900 ma). Of course, I always like to use powered hubs. This hub supports, but does not supply, an external 5V power supply. The only issue is that due to lack of space, the hub power port requires a 3.5mm x 1.35 male input jack. This is not the most common (which is 5.5mm x 2.1mm). If you want to use a common 5V wall wart (2A-3A), need a little 5.5mm x 2.1mm female to 3.5mm x 1.35mm male converter plug (which are available here on Amazon and handy to have around)
