I'm on my 11th day, on my 4th day I woke in the morning with moisture in the corner of my eyes, been a long time since that has happened ,and it has continued. I started with one capsule every 12 hours for 10 days, no side effects period. I have now increased my dose to 2 capsules two times a day. though I have not experienced any ground shattering results I remain completely optimistic. I will continue with this regime until I get the results I'm after. I'm 68 have had reading glasses since my early 40s , the last 2 years my focus near and far without glasses is worse.
