This is way too sweet and made me gain weight instead of lose. I try to stay away from sugary stuff and sweets so this is crazy sweet to me I gained like 4 lbs in less like four days I am really mad I wasted my money because now the entire box of about 20 packs remaining I don’t want to continue using and I do not live inside the US so I cannot return it smh

The first box I received was fine. The cocoa taste great. My 2nd box arrived and the box was damaged. I opened the box and every packet had a tear in it. I’m assuming it was damaged in the mail

Love the taste of these . Not sure about losing weight but it’s kept it level

I'm not a huge warm drink drinker but these are so delish. A little warm milk, a little water... microwave it to warm it up (don't judge me, it's easy) and one pouch of this magical deliciousness, and sweet craving is satisfied and appetite and cravings are greatly reduced. I think it would be of more benefit if I used it regularly. 🤔 But that's on me.

This stuff works, but you have to pay attention to ‘are you actually hungry’ or do you just want to eat something. I have noticed my appetite is suppressed…and the cravings I have for foods like fast food have greatly diminished.

Tastes good and I found I felt a little fuller in the morning when I drank it but I wouldn't say it's helpful in weightloss without drinking multiple a day. Works great for a snack.
