Check Enamel Coating Application
Pan had one spot where enamel had globbed in manufacturing and created a rough spot on the lid that was not smooth. Overall, I can work it and not send it back for replacement.

Out with the Old, In with the New!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: After 51 years (yes, 51 years!), I had to retire my beloved roasting pan. I needed a new one so where do I go? Amazon, of course! It was delivered today and it’s identical to the one I have except brand spankin’ new. And you know what the best part is? It didn’t ask for my wi-fi password! 😊

Well the lid does not fit snug enough, I have try to use it yet and it was smaller than I thought.
