Overpriced product that doesn't last.
Levo infuser lasted through only 5 uses.Unfortunately for me,it broke a couple weeks after warranty expired.In addition,the previous infuser broke after 6 months.If you want a $500 product that will break after a few uses this is the 1 for you.

Worth buying
This was definitely worth the money. I’m able to infuse oils in such a short amount of time. The machine hasn’t caused any problems and didn’t have any defects.

Works As Advertised!
This machine greatly simplifies the infusion process! Worth every penny. I have only infused mct oil but the infusion was thorough. You need to pay attention to the quantity of whatever you are infusing, especially if you are using mct or coconut oil because the oil adds liquid to your gummy mix.

Pros / Cons Easy to use, but...
I purchased the machine in April. The Levo is incredibly easy to use and is appearance is clean and discrete enough, it blends in with other appliances well, so I leave it next to the coffee maker. The display is intuitive, but you do need to make sure that you hit start after hitting a selection. I also find cleaning to be easy. Its really just cleaning a metal magnet and a small metal magnet. The do have a new potency pod not available on amazon yet that I am looking forward to purchasing.NOW for the BAD. The plastic on the lid broke. I believe I saw another mention of that. It can happen. the test of the company is how they will resolve the issue. I have now completed the RMA process, a little cumbersome but they did send a UPS slip for the equipment and are sending me a new machine. Remember to keep the boxes and manuals for 1 year. Overall, I do like the machine.

Broken Lid!!
Only had it for barley over a month and the lid latch (made out of plastic) broke off. Machine0won't work if it thinks the lid is open making a $500 paper weight. Base also cracked!!
