I needed a small, sturdy tool box to hold our household tools. We live in an apartment, so really just needed the basics -- hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, etc. I had to purchase a small kitchen hammer to fit in this tool box, but that's all we needed. Been using this box for months now -- sturdy. No issues with the hinges or closure, and it holds all we need. Great buy! Good price, does it's job, and it fits easily in a closet without taking up too much room. It is small, so really only good for holding a few essential, smaller size tools. But for our purposes, that was perfect!! This box could also be used to hold art supplies like brushes, paint pots, files, etc.

Outstanding! Just what I was looking for. Compartments for screws and bolts can be removed or kept slotted in. Large enough and sturdy enough for most types of tools. Snapping it shut takes some getting used to. For the money, there’s nothing like it.

This is a good size for a starter tool box, and the little boxes in the lid for screws and nails etc are a big hit with my kid. The only problem is the volume those boxes take out of the interior; anything you put in the top shelf of the box needs to be very skinny or very carefully aligned so that the box will still close.

This is a great little toolbox that is very sturdy. The handle is strong. It has three compartments on the top that open. The two on the sides can be removed. The inner tray is roomy and lifts out to reveal a large storage area in the bottom. I used it to put together a craft box for my grandson. It really held a lot!

I bought this toolbox to be a simple way to store my tools. It's advertised as 13 and a half inches wide but when I tried to put my 12-in hammer in it I realized that it's 13 and 1/2 in wide at the widest part where the tray is located but then it gets a little bit narrower beneath that and therefore the tool won't fit. It's really more like an 11 and a half inch wide box with an extra lip. Ultimately, it's good to hold a couple of tools and bits and pieces in the storage containers on the top and in the tray. However if you have more than four or five tools you should get something bigger

It's pretty small but it is exactly what they advertise.It's great for my little old lady tools I use around the house.It doesn't hold much though, so if you have really large stuff, this isn't the tool box for you.Heavy duty plastic.

I live in an apartment alone. As a woman, I do quite a few handy things on my own. I have a few small tools. I used to keep them in a drawer, but my tools were taking up so much space. I decided to search for a small toolbox. This size is perfect for what I was looking for and could have probably gone down to a slightly smaller box, but I may obtain more tools in the future that will have to go in my box. As of now, I have a small hammer in it (not standard size) two screwdrivers (flat and round), a tape measure, a mini screwdriver set, a level, and an Allen wrench. I trust the GoodYear brand and I'm sure this box will last a long time.

Box appeared as advertised. Be aware that only the two side compartments are removable and they are only about 1/2" deep, so they will not hold much. The interior tray is a little on the flimsy side but for the price, I think it will be ok for my purpose. Have not determined the purpose of all the holes in the small front compartment on the top of the box-seems to limit what can be stored in that compartment.
