In plant based product, This is good. But as a vegetarian, I think this product needs to be improved to meet b12 even for the age above 50. As there no other source and due to various reason, many items cannot be included in the food for nutrition. Product needs to be more powerful

Its not Himalaya Brand Works well feel energetic very good for eyes. My eyes problem solved in 1 weeks. Watery eyes with combination of omega 3 supliments
