Will this ink work with HP 902xl cartridges?

That I don't know. I always place order for the particular ink cartridge I'll be refilling. If I'm sold ink that works for other cartridges, I don't know...I just know that it works with mine.

I don't know for sure, but it should work.

Whats the hand drill for?

Good question. All I can figure out is that you use it to break through the label to reveal the ink refill hole. Personally, I use the hypodermic needle to punch through the label. Hope this is helpful.

will this work for hp 67 ink?

I have hp 67 and 67xl ink cartridges and I used this kit to refill them and it worked
