I bought it for Ryzen 2700xUsed in CM Elite 130 caseMade the fan exhaust and the psu intake above it (wind tunnel effect)Idle temps are around 35 CAt full load it might reach 80 COverall it's good

Great replacement for your standard heatsink
Little dissapointed that it is just a tad bit to big for my x51 to effectively cool. But I removed the side case, and it works wonders. Was difficult to install, but that wasn't this products fault. All and all, a good buy, I've noticed a 20 degree difference between before and after. (Thats with the side of the case removed in both instances.)

Cools well, but gets loud
Performs well, but the 92mm fan kills it. Gets loud under load versus 120mm fan options

Great in Alienware X51 Desktop i5.
Dropped temps on my i5 by 5C. I didn't realize that I would have to take the motherboard out to install this but installation was easy. I put this in an alienware X51 desktop. It's tall so you WILL have to drill holes in the case to let air in but it does fit.

Not powerful enough to cool Kaby Lake
Not powerful enough to cool Kaby Lake. According to Thermalright only meant for light computing use. Core temps are like in the 80s under load i5 7600k. Bet the stock intel cooler is more efficient. Stay away.

Not good enough for 100+watts
I wanted to replace my dynatron r30 with something that is quieter. The difference is AXP-100 does not keep up with a 150 watt CPU. while dynatron did, was not expecting this given there are 6 heat pipes. Likely the quality of the heatpipe is not good or the mounting mechanism covers the socket contact with a solid insulating layer.they should have allowed for additional cooling at the contact instead of insulating it. This causes spikes in temperature

Delusion
Ma go oservà che anca tegnendo el covercio verto no ze tanto pì fresco.

under-rated cooler
wished i had got the R variant of this cooler. but this puppy works wonders.i delidded my i7-7700k to re-assemble it with liquid metal. i slapped this cooler on the cpu with liquid metal between both.changed the fan to 120mmx15mm PWM from noctua with tie wraps because i found out this variant didnt come with the adapter the R came with.well in a very compact mini-itx i managed to overlock my cpu up by 16% from 4.2GHZ to 4.9GHZ on air only. this cooler manages madness.ambiant temp around 20ish this keep idle at 30ish and gaming session at 40-50ish. stress test is 70-80ish. seriously this was worth every penny.
