Christmas pud - and then some
I discovered this pudding at a deli several years ago and we've had it every year since. I make a topping of glace cherries, pecans and maple syrup, but really that's gilding the lily as the pudding is moist, sweet and fruity enough on its own. I hope they never stop making it.
