My red light therapy belt looks very good quality, easy to use the best I can wear it on any part of the body. The heat it emits is soft and relaxing. I've been in two 20-minute therapy sessions and I've noticed that the muscles of the back are disensed and the pain decreases significantly. The velcro adheres very tightly, so it fits perfectly to the waist, although I have also used it wrapped around the thigh and shoulder without problems. For the price it has on offer, it offers a benefit similar to that of more expensive treatments. The belt works perfectly.
