The product was insufficiently packaged, the tub was covered in a liquid which was irritating to the skin even though it could not be removed from the jiffy bag without touching it. When the tub was opened the contents has crystallised and solidified which made the product unusable. There are no English instruction either how to use it, how much to use or what to do if it touches the skin. I have not returned it as I consider it dangerous to return through the post both to our postal workers and the recipient who receives it.

Waited months for this product to arrive to clean the limescale off my loo. When it did finally arrive, it was in a tiny pot. The label is in a foreign language, so no chance of reading the instructions. So I did as I have done in the past with this type of product and poured a handful into the loo. Waiting for it to froth up, well I could have waited all day. There was nothing at all happening. The crystals inside could be anything, they certainly didn't froth up in my loo. The price was £15.95....Disgusting Rip Off. I wouldn't even pay 5p. I don't want anyone else to get caught out like I was. Minus 5 star rating.

Terrible product and complete waste of money! The inside the bottle was a solid crystalline substance which I needed to break with scissors to get any of it out! It also did absolutely nothing to the toilet- no foam at all!

This is probably a good product but there are no instructions on how to use itie how much to put in the toilet bowl and how long to leave it thereSo I am unable to comment on ease of use or value for money as I am still trying to work it out

Came written in Chinese so no idea how much to use prefably left as long as possible did clean dirty toilet where it hit

Arrive d with no instructions, tried by googling and found that it did not work at all, complete waste of money

Didn't foam as well as expected

Have been waiting for this item to be delivered for ages, when it has finally been delivered, i was shocked with the size of it, i thought it was going to be a bigger pot. I have purchased the scoop to go with it and the scoop won't even fit inside the pot to scoop the contents out.
