American Quality and Craftsmanship
I did a lot of online research into different Tomahawks to find one that fit my needs for hiking and camping. I wanted one that was lightweight, yet rugged and that I could rely on. Having purchased Hogue products in the past, I was aware of their very high quality products, so I decided this was the one that would work for me. When I received it, I was not disappointed. It came in a quality, foam lined case. The moment I removed it, I knew I made the right decision. The quality was what I would expect from a Hogue product. The sheath used to store it and carry it, is a rather unique design and works as advertised. One word or warning though. This comes right out of the box, VERY sharp, so be careful when handling it. I look forward to using this tool for years and know it will serve me well. From past experience, I know the company's customer service in unparalleled. With the quality, great warranty and customer service, I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic fighting tomahawk!
I like the idea of the removable hammer, spike and prybar attachments but at around $70 a piece on top of the price for the tomahawk it makes it a very expensive proposition. Alone the tomahawk is the best lightweight and fastest fighter I've ever worked.

POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...HAMMER IS USELESS AS A RESULT
The tomahawk itself is a great design...but I also ordered a hammer attachment that has not been properly tapped...only one of it's screws even fits into the hammer attachment....the whole thing rattles as it's not firm enough to fit solidly.How in the hell is anyone supposed to hammer with half a hammer?As a master craftsman machinist this needs a lot of work still...Messed up in machining, messed up in inspection then messed up by selling it anyway~~~!!!Has all of America giving up already...this is what it's producing...garbage~~~!!!

Don’t waste your money!!
I got this for Christmas. Just tried chopping a few very small twigs of a hardwood limb, and the blade took damage. Don’t waste your money.
