I got this for my teenager because I wanted something that included calcium and other vitamins focused on bone and nutritional support during the growing years. So far, it has been easy to add to the daily routine and the 60 capsule bottle is convenient. I also like having several nutrients together instead of buying a bunch of different bottles and turning the kitchen cabinet into a mini vitamin store. 😂 I’m realistic about products like this, though. I don’t expect a supplement to magically add several inches of height overnight. Growth depends on genetics, diet, sleep, exercise, and many other factors. My main reason for purchasing it was to provide additional nutritional support while my child is still growing. Obviously, height changes take time, so this isn’t something I would judge after only a few days. For now, I’m happy with the product and how easy it is to use. If you’re purchasing it for a child or teenager, I would still recommend checking the ingredients with their pediatrician, especially if they already take other vitamins. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and will continue using it to see how things go.

Generally a fine product. Basic formula – calcium and vitamins for bones. Capsules are easy to give. Child has no complaints. Effect isn't supernatural, but not disappointing either. For daily support – it'll do.

I believe these work. Started giving them to my youngest who is almost 11 and even she feels a difference in not only her height, but also how she feels. I definitely think she has grown a good bit since starting these about a month ago.

I have bought this product before, it works! I ordered another bottle and when I open the package, it was all rip off, like used. Really bad. Unacceptable to send a health product and supplement in this kind of package. Product inside was seal, I hope is ok to use.

La verdad este producto no ayudó a crecer nada a mi hijo , ya lo viene tomando más de 4 meses y hasta ahora no veo resultados. Mi esposo es alto y yo de estatura normal , y todos mi familia es de talla promedio a altos , así que por genética no creo que sea , mi hijo siempre estuvo por encima del promedio normal en estatura , pero como a las 13 años se estancó , quisimos ayudar con este tratamiento pero no hubo resultados , si algo cambia se los dejaré saber 👍
