check size chart, read instructions carefully, stiff feel loosens up, zipper w/ adjustable straps
If you need serious compression with the ability to create a customized fit (and customized compression) then this might be worthwhile to try. It is stiff to start, and a little awkward to use until get used to it. Will be a tad tricky for even the best of us. It is recommended to wash first to help soften it up and make it easier to use and more comfortable fit. Or simply give it time and it will soften up on its own through use. Plenty of instructions come with this as well as a liner (mine did anyway) that is actually quite comfortable. It offers compression as I can feel the energy return when I put it on.In case this isnt clear, it is a pack of 1. These tend to be sold as a single piece rather than a set. I have venous insufficiency is in both legs, neither worse than the other. So this was me trying 1 to see if I like it enough to get a second. Price is fairly competitive, so it comes down to style. I dont rate on price. Besides, products like this may be covered by some insurance. Worth checking out if price is otherwise prohibitive. There used to be a slew of reviews, and now they are gone. No idea why. Maybe mine will disappear too?The fit it pretty good. I chose a size "small" based on the size chart. My personal measurements fall directly in the middle so I figured a good choice. When I went to put this on, it seemed like I should have gone up a size. But after playing around with it, I have determined that it is exactly what I need. However, take into consideration your swelling size. Some days I have minimal to no swelling, and other days I am greatly poofed up. I ordered after measuring on a not too swollen day. Be sure to take a look at the length too. They offer regular and tall. Read the measurements for all closely. I am 5'10" 265#, and took a small. So dont assume based on regular sizing.Has a zipper, then is further adjusted with straps. This will help to make more compression or less as needed throughout use. Be sure its not too tight, there is information on how to check this-- ie, be able to slip a finger in.Give it a solid 4 stars. I have been using it on and off for a couple of weeks. I havent been too swollen, so for whatever reason my edema has been minimal recently. I havent decided if I will spring for a second one. I may update at a later time.

Corset for you calf
I partially tore my calf muscle playing soccer and this has been awesome at providing pain relief via compression. It allows me to walk with almost no pain at all. The design allows me to apply way more pressure than a sleeve.
