Charging Port Failure
I bought the Boom Jacket II and loved the sound, but after a few cycles of use and charging, the charging port failed to charge the unit. It was clearly a bad connection as you could wiggle the input and see flashes of light on the on-switch. This is such a shame. Tech support either does not answer or avoids admitting the design flaw. I see a number of defective units on eBay. If this were an auto, there would be a recall.

Pure TRASH !!
Bought this product from another retailer. Was O.K. for awhile. But after 6 months use it started to randomly disconnect and or turn off and back on again , no longer paired . Battery shows fully charged but still fails ! Tried a direct line in , still no change ! Total trash ! Don’t waste your money on this speaker unless you like being annoyed ! Try JBL instead 🙂
