In case of power cuts I could still recharge my phone

Stopped charging after 1 month unless I actually push in and hold the USB cables in place throughout the charge. I contacted the support page, and initial response was fast but since then I have had no joy at all. They said they would send a returns envelope. After waiting 10 days this has not arrived. I contacted the again, explaining that I need it replacing or repairing fast as I'm going on holiday. They asked for a photo and said they would send a replacement straight away. I'm still waiting. Non existent follow up. The 12 month warranty seems to be impossible to actually claim on.

This power banks stated capacity of 15,000 is nothing but a blatant lie! I bought it for my 8 inch Kindle fire which has a 5,000 Mah battery inside so this power bank should charge it 3 times however it I recently fully charged the Juice 5 then attempted to charge my kindle but it only managed to charge my fire to 82 percent so the actual capacity is less a third than stated by the manufacturer. Making false statements regarding the capacity of a power bank should be illegal needless to say I shall be returning it!

Only been used a handful of times and the actual charger pack won’t charge up now so no use at all. Didn’t even last 6 months.

I’ve bought two of these portable chargers and they have both broken within months of use not worth the money

Pros: Great battery life and good charging. Good for travelling and long delays at the airport!Cons: Sooo heavy.
