Pictures show a bright light from this panel. Panel comes on and does change color but doesn't really emit light. The brightness is very exaggerated in the photos. I can't recommend this product.

Worked great for my daughter's costume. Also was able to tie multiple together so to use only 1 battery pack.

Mine wasn’t white but instead had a very strong blue tint. The picture showing the white glow is misleading as this isn’t the true color of the panel.

Great product for what it is. The white is more of a dull Grey or washed out white. I can use it for a different project just not the one I bought it for.

The EL film arrived with multiple air pockets preventing proper adhesion of the conductive layer for producing light. The panel "works" with un-illuminated bubbles all over, so no, not functional as presented

The media could not be loaded. The light emits a terrible whining noise during operation. On top of that, there are pockets of dark spots that prevent even light distribution. I posted a video for further illustration. Definitely going to return.

So the product works but unfortunately, it is not white. I was expecting a 'paper white' appearance but is more like a lighter ice blue colour. Also, there is a granulated look to the illumination so it is not a uniform brightness. I am trying to make a light panel for creating flats for astrophotography so neither of these features with this panel are desirable for this purpose. I will need to source another one from somewhere else.
