This is a good ball repair tool
I purchased this despite some negative comments regarding "how hard it was to remove the ball marker." It arrived today and I find that is is sturdy, will repair ball marks well and the marker is easy to remove. The people who commented on how hard it is to remove the ball marker must not know the technique on how to remove a ball marker.

Great concept, but poor design
The quality of the product seems great at first. Then the design flaw of a nearly impossible to remove ball marker is evident. I purchased this to show my support of law enforcement and also because I needed a new divot tool and ball marker. If you're looking for the latter, look elsewhere.

Ball marker not easy to take off.
Looks good but sometimes it could be a real pain to get the ball marker off. I thought they forgot to give me the ball marker at first that's how hard it is to take off.

Works great but tension needs to be adjusted
Great item and works amazingly. Only issue is that it is a little lose when I clip it onto my pocket and falls out.

Nothing special, heavy duty tool that looks good and was inexpensive to purchase. May buy one or two more as gifts.
