Better than I could imagine. I was worried that the stand would be flimsy because a few of the reviews said that it was not sturdy. Absolutely was sturdy! The bars can definitely hold 35lbs without bending in the middle. The end poles were about a foot taller than my last stand but I’ll take it. I think it goes up to 12-14ft in height. The bag is great, it has zippers all around and even at the top. Inside the bag, there are elastic bands for the poles to be held in place for the poles that go on top. ( I hope this was clear)

Bought this stand to be used as a makeshift blackout curtain rack while I'm working night shift. Worked out just as planned thanks to this kit having and easily adjustable height. I've got a 9 ft ceiling so I was able to brush right up against the top. Assembled it myself in not even 5 minutes. The only negative I have would be that when using the full length of the rack the middle of the top bar does already sag a little even before weight being applied. With that being said the bars are still sturdy and I have no worries about any mishaps with it bending/breaking. For the money this was a great find as I had specific desires for my set. The curtains are 100w x 95L for comparison. Says they're each just under 4lbs so I wasn't really testing the weight much here. Bought for a school team and indiv shoot on green screen. Worked really well. Crossbar is sturdier than I expected and the stands are good too. The zipper on the bag is junk and you’ll never repack it like it came, but so what. For the price I’d buy it again

First, let me say that I am using this stand with paper backdrops in photography, not with muslin, fabric, or vinyl as others do for trade shows or photo sessions. That said, I am extremely happy with the product when factoring i the price paid. The good: Super light weight. The entire setup with bag is easily carried and fits nicely across the back of my Sonata trunk. Yes, it is easily portable. The storage bag. I never thought I would place a storage bag so highly at the top of my likes for a product but this one is awesome. It has some cheap zippers, but beyond that, every single part of the stand has its own place in the bag and is held securely. The carry handle works well and even if the zippers break, there are two sets of clips that one can use to hold things together. Easy of assembly. Takes maybe 5 minutes to set the backdrop stand up, with maybe another few minutes to raise everything into position once you put the background on it. 4 cross bars for support. One can customize the stand for their use. For example, I only needed two of the crossbars fit together for a test session I recently did with a 53" backgroud roll of paper, while one with a wider roll might use 3 or all 4 sections put together. What this means is that one can set this up in a smaller space if needed for something like torso or head shots if doing photography. Cons. Thumbscrews that hold each vertical section tight. I own a set of PBL light stands I purchased here on Amazon and they have this niftly cam lever that flips between lock and unlock on the verticales. On this stand one needs to constantly screw/unscrew multiple turns so that you can raise or lower the stand. If using two people, this is a non issue, but if one is putting up the stand by themselves, you raise one half 6 inches, then move to the opposite end and do the same on that side. It gets tedious. The crossbar needs to be better constructed. Assembly is simple but even under its own weight you can see sag with all 4 bars in place. I wish the steel was slightly ticker and there was more material that slid into the end of each tube. Maybe an extra 2 inches of length would solve the issue. (yeah, I am sure some will chuckle at that) Zippers on bag. While the bag and storage in the bag are a top selling point, the zippers are just plain crap. They are so small and easily caught in the material, I am sure I will break one soon enough. I am tempted to buy one of the more expensive ones from a company like Savage, but at double the price, I am worried it will not be double the quality. In fact the improvement might be marginal, if at all. That is how well and easy this stand is put together for the money.

Good solid very well made product but I wouldn't define it as "heavy duty". I would say it's medium-to-heavy duty, it's not going to hold very heavy rolls but will hold a good amount of weight perfectly fine (probably up to 40 lbs if distributed evenly across). Yes it has a little bit (LITTLE BIT) of sag but seriously what bar measuring almost 9 ft across will not? This holds just fine. This is not a 2 inch thick steel pole. I bought this to use for my photo backdrop and it is totally adequate. I'm glad I bought it. Easy as heck to put together, sturdy enough to hold a back drop and seems very well built for the price. As always it's a good idea to handle any equipment with care if you want it to last. Came with a nice bag and it's pretty wide. Two clamps also came included. I would recommend this product. It's right between heavy duty and medium duty.

I like that the whole set comes in a bag. It's easy to keep the parts together yet separately stored, it's easy to handle and to carry. Nice feature. The whole set was fairly straight forward and quick to assemble. I had a photo shoot outdoors with it and the setup proofed to be pretty sturdy. The only thing I would change would be "adding" more clamps. The clamps offered were good but two is not enough. I bought some extra ones. All in all a very good product that helped me get my photo shoot done in a professional manner.

This was the first time I purchased a photo backdrop stand and boy did I hit the jackpot! The kit comes inside a beautiful lightweight waterproof canvas zip bag - easy to carry! When you open the bag each section is laid out to precision. The extension rods & legs (stand) are inside plastic for additional protection. Each leg (stand) goes into position easily by turning the adjustable knob. The legs are very sturdy, no worry about wobble AT ALL. You have 4 extension rods that fit into each other easily. I am only using 2 of the rods but that measures to 6' wide which is perfect for a headshot session. I also purchased cloth backdrops which drape over the rod easily and are secured with the clasps that also come with the kit... I am thrilled with this purchase! Prodotto robusto e velocissimo da installare, purtroppo si è rotta la zip della borsa che lo conteneva, e il produttore si è offerto di rimborsare l'intero costo della riparazione., perché non aveva un kit di ricambio. Ha risposto in tempi brevissimi.

Ottimo, avevo restituito un supporto simile a questo ma con materiale e costruzione scadente. Questo è costato il doppio, circa 85 euro, ma devo dire che è stabile, robusto e funzionale. Lo utilizzo come sfondo alle serate musicali ed appeso vi è un fondale (290x220 cm) in pvc del peso di circa 6 Kg. Non fa una piega. Facile da montare e smontare, viene fornito con una sacca per il trasporto. Acquisto azzeccato.
