Don’t Buy for Posture Correction
I would like to tell everyone who is ordering this item for posture correction it not worth it After using it for 4 months I started having pain in my lower back and when I visited an orthopaedic doctor he told me because of this belt my spine got straight which in medical term call straightening of Lumber Lordosis and doctor told me that it will now take a long to recover from this situation.So before you buy it consider this outcome too

Elasticiy, quality is ok. It serves your requirement but only the thing is it makes pain(wound) in your arm pit for long time use. So think before purchase it.

It gently reminds you to sit straight and really helps reduce back and neck strain. It can feel a bit tight after long use, but overall, a great product for improving posture.
