Received within 6 days. Read the instructions though. Aparently leaving them in the freezer longer than 45 min is not recommended and may cause damage to either the product or your face.

it burst and the goo went over my eyes. I have asked for a refund but they wanted the item returned and I had already thrown it out due to the mess.
