Works great for landmine rows and other things
I looked at a ton of the metal attachments for landmine barbell rows, and every one of them didn't leave much room for more than a few weights, this works just as well and I like that it's not rigid; plus it's cheaper. And it's not just for landmines, I use it for Australian pullups as well; I just decline my flat bench and wrap each side around the pins. It's perfect

Surprised
I bought this because it was inexpensive, but I love it. I use a land mine setup for rows, this provides an awesome full range of motion. I’m not sure weight limits however, but seems like it can take quite a bit. I’ve used between 150-200pounds so far

Strap for pulling movements. Just ok
Was looking for a cheap option and this fits the bill, but just ok. Tends to slip around on the bar during movement.

Easy to use, Takes up very little space.
I have a home gym that is pretty well equipt but like everyone else, space is at a premium. I can hang this on the wall and when I want to use it for t-bar rows or seated rows on a pully system it sets up in a snap. For what I do, basic fitness, the load these can handle is just fine.
