i used this coffee maker for three weeks for one cup of coffee a day. Then it totally stopped working. It would heat for less than 5 seconds then shut off. I had gotten rid of packing materials etc so Amazon told me to contact the seller. I did that and got no response. I have turned the issue over to Amazon. This seller does not stand behind the product

This was not exactly what I thought it would be but that said this coffee maker is good. It is easy to use/takes up very little counter space and makes a good cup of coffee faster than most coffee makers. I am especially impressed with the ease of changing between pods and ground coffee. The price was exceptional.It is a keeper......

Product is defective stopped working after 4 mos .. water failed to complete full cup unusual amt of steam fills the top of the item. Don’t waste your money !!!

I like the size and ease of use this coffee maker offer. But, on occasion it does not completely brew. I have to open and close the cover, hit the brew choice again for it to finish.I'm not sure how long it will last.

Bought one and it lasted about 2 weeks they replaced it promptly and it lasted about 7 1/2 months hopefully they will replace or refund my money

Used this coffee maker for 2 days, it died. There is no resuscitating it. ZERO customer service. Do not waste your time or money. We tried everything, the only function that works is the self cleaning mode which is not necessary because I couldn’t use it.

A good, basic K-cup and/or ground single coffee maker. Produces a good, really hot cup without any fuss. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter and is very user-friendly. Just right for 1 person.

Its small enough that it doesn't take up much room on my counter
