My work uses a metal badge for my ID, I have to have it on me. However the the case provided by work breaks very quickly. Well this was a great replacement, holds up great. The only tiny minor complaint which I am not even marking them down on rating is I wish they didnt have the cut out at the top have a design, I wish it was just a smooth line

The packaging is total quality and I still keep it to catch my rings and watch. The Badge Shield Holder does its job. My pictures show what it looks like holding my badge. I wear it on my belt front facing to give my appearance a little more official look. If you can respect what a great looking uniform can do for your duty post and career consider adding this device, it will dress you up nicely. Just a note - the holder does not come with the badge.

I bought it for a present for my dad for Christmas. He's a sheriff officer and he was happy to get a badge holder. He said it was nice quality and sturdy.

I didn’t realize that my badge wasn’t the correct style for this holder but it still works. I just had to cut the leather a little where the pin holder goes so it will sit a little higher. That’s my fault for not looking closely before buying it. The best feature on this is the strong metal clip part that attaches to your belt or pants. Solid buy, just make sure your badge is the correct shape

This leather badge holder with chain is thick, sturdy and includes both a belt clip and chain (around neck). Works for an Archangel Michael-shaped (wings) badge. Just be aware that the fit may not be perfect. My badge fits, but it does so a bit low. Still works for my badge.

Working traffic or other emergency scenes, I must wear my reflective safety vest which has a band to fasten your badge. Although secure, it still allowed the badge to twist or droop and a badge holder was needed. I viewed my typical equipment suppliers, then found the Leather Archangel Michael Winged Badge Holder on Amazon for almost half the price of others. I was really surprised when it came in by the quality of material, badge fit (shield type) and strength of the belt clip. After the guys heard the price, now I got to buy more of them. I didn't even mention the nice, fancy pouch it came with.

I will have to update this review later to answer for the durability and sturdiness, I don’t honk these can be judged days after purchase. I like the holder in general, I just wish it didn’t have the strange cut out on the face. Angel wings.. OK, whatever, but why not just emboss them in the leather without the cut out? My full sized badge cants to one side or the other and just doesn’t look quite right in the holder.. (For anyone who needs to know its a Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Badge (Florida) about 2” wide and 4” long. If not for the cutout I’d be 100% pleased with it.I will update later for Durability and Sturdiness, as well as if the badge forms into it better.
