For two years now my husband has been fussing and complaining every time he needed a drill only to find that the batteries were dead dead dead. He has two Craftsman 19.2 v drills that are in perfect working order other than the batteries and he has been shopping around but was not willing to spend what a new one would cost seeing as how his are in pristine condition. Other than the batteries. That he never has charged even when he knows he's gonna need one.I finally did some searching using the OEM model and found these and they are wonderful. Charge quickly, fit perfectly and work like a dream. Now when he grabs his drill, at one of them actually has a charge on it and is usable for his job and he actually keeps these charged up because they hold the charge. Something his old ones did not. He said he didn't realize there were replacement batteries to fit his drills based on the age but Amazon came through once again. Happy drilling.

Arrived as Advertised ! Nice packageing ! Charged it over night & works great ! The drills seem to run faster & with more torque than before ! Same good balance & handling FREEDOM ! Removed old tight screws from tubular dinnette set and drilled pilot holes for new stainless steel wood screws that were easy to drive in with the new found POWER ! Nickle Metal Hydride chemistry Batteries are a aquantom leap over the original equipment Ni Cad batteries provided with the drill set ! YOU SHOULD POINT THAT OUT IN YOUR DESCRIPTIONs ETC. ! ! ! Many people are not aware of the increased performance and longer life afforded by this subtle change in materials ! LITHIUM BATTERIES have so much bad press regarding over heating, fires, & short shelf life between rechargings on AIRCRAFT, CELL PHONEs ETC. About twenty+ years ago I purchased one of the Craftsman cordless multi-tool kits (drill, circular saw, reciprocating saw) and like everything else from Sears, they are orphans. The tools work great but every five years or so, the batteries need replacement which is to be expected. Of course, they are no longer available except aftermarket.There are many batteries listed on Amazon, all with good and bad reviews. I rolled the dice and ordered these. After almost six months, they appear to be holding up well. On one project, I was driving ¼” x 6” long Spax screws through pressure treated lumber and would get a fair amount done before needing to recharge the batteries. They also hold a charge for quite a while even while sitting on the shelf. I am using these with the Craftsman Model 315.CH2030 charger that is compatible with NiCad and Lithium Ion batteries and they are fine with that charger.The only reason for the four stars and not five is that something has to make me say “Wow!” to get five. These do the job and I recommend them.

I am glad I found replacement batteries for my Craftsman spot light, that I have had for a very long time. The batteries have a long life between charging and the price is right on. Thanks

I bought two of these to replace some old rechargeable batteries I've had for nearly 15 years and they're great. As far as I can tell, these type of batteries are no longer produced by Diehard/Craftsman. I tried buying off-brand replacements in the past, but those didn't fit properly in the original Craftsman charger that came with my tools so I couldn't recharge them. I figured I'd try buying replacement batteries one last time before buying brand new tools and I'm glad I did. These fit perfectly in my tools AND work with my old charger! Problem solved! I haven't had them for long enough to speak to the longevity and battery life, but so far so good. I don't often write reviews, but this time I felt it was warranted.

These batteries were a perfect replacement for my two Craftsman drills and one-hour fast charger. So glad I didn't have to replace the drills just because I couldn't find reasonable priced batteries. These batteries are great and are offered at a fantastic price. 100% satisfied. Update: They both failed at about the same time after about 4 1/2 years. Not as good as the original batteries, but still pretty good.
