Cute and they work well

These tops were purchased as goody-bag fillers for my daughter's 10 year old birthday part. It was a glow in the dark theme, so these were perfect. The price for 100 of these tops could not be beat! They are colorful and attractive and spin beautifully. As other reviewers have mentioned, some of them are more sensitive, and required a much harder spin to make them light up. (There were no complete duds in my package. All of them lit up to some degree.) We sorted out the best and the worst, putting aside about 20 which didn't work as well. I have not attempted to fix the spring as some reviews recommended, but with 80 tops left, I had more than enough. The box the tops come in is very flimsy, so if you are planning to sell them out of the box, or use it as storage, it will need to be reinforced or replaced.

These tops are fun. It does take a very fast spin to light it up. I don't think real young children would be able to spin it fast enough. It also doesn't light up for more than 10 seconds and eventually it will stop lighting up altogether.

Great for gift bags! They work great and tons of fun for kids.

The box arrived today. I pulled out 20 of them...smaller than I expected, as I expected Dollar Store size and these are smaller. That is not the largest problem...they don't light up. Not one of the 20 did. Even if I tried the rest of them, That is already a fail rate of 40 percent! I am returning them. Now, up the upside, they do spin and appear to do so with some stability. They are easy to get going. However, a fail rate of 40 percent!!!

Kids love these tops when they light up! Many of the tops won't light up.

I going to pass out for a preschool trick or trunk my granddaughter absolutely loved them and she said her friends love the coming from almost 4 year old!
