Better quality than most, tested for metals.
I like how bitter it taste..just me.Hopefully it has some positive effect on the system, can't really know. Mouth will definitely stain, one should chase it with a little lemon juice water to remove the blu tongue.

Start at low dose!
I've only been using it for a few days now but the five star rating I gave was for being made in the US, as advertised and shipped quickly. I can feel a significant difference just in the couple days of use. I feel clear headed, more energy, calm and focused. Definitely start with small dosage and work your way up if needed but I have experienced no side effects thus far besides a very slight headache at first and counteracted it with Ibuprofen. Note: don't spill on anything important. It does stain pretty dark blue! I wish you all the best.

Life changing at 20 drops! Update: Now 40 drops months later.
Update: There's a lot of misinformation about methylene blue on social media, YT, etc. and frankly not enough accurate information. I'm taking 25 drops per day. If you watch the wrong video it'll tell you to take a 100 drops per day. Don't do that! It's based on the misinformation of ingesting the dye via means of IV.At originally 20 drops per day, (placing 10 drops each in 2 vegan capsules that are immediately consumed) so far I feel fantastic, have massively reduced perimenopause and menstruation grumpiness, more energy, more optimism, less thyroid crashing at 6pm due to my complete thyroidectomy, (medically managed with levothyroxine and cytomel). Methylene blue life changing!Note: There is still information I'm learning about this dye. If I take more than 20 drops I feel very dizzy. My lips are insanely chapped. I think due to this medication, which someone else mentioned. I'm handling that with a B complex vitamin and lots of Vaseline.Overall I use these words very sparingly: I do see this as a miracle drug. Methylene blue has radically changed my life. ***I got my mind back.*** I got my emotions under control and I'm no longer massively crashing every day at 6 pm due to a complete thyroidectomy, (which would cause me to have to stay under 2 quilts with full body chills any day of the year. I would nap and then wake up burning up. During these crashes my body would be rigid and painful.) This rarely happens now.In the past I have been ridiculed, dismissed, or demeaned because I've challenged endocrinologist, and was even told to be quiet recently at an endocrinologist's office. I walked out. (I consider them all to be worthless.) Methylene blue, which I found independent of an endocrinologist, is amazing for mental acuity and hormonal balance.METHYLENE BLUE IS LIFE CHANGING AT 20 -25 DROPS per day. (Don't follow those charts posted. That's dangerous!) Update April 2025: Now at 40 drops and no chapped lips.I also wanted to mention I combine Methylene blue with red light therapy with a lamp I purchased on Amazon for about $70 USD that is great and helping me stay calmer. You can use the lamp on any body part. I weighted the base of the red light therapy lamp with a weight since its top heavy. Here is an AI copy paste, for what that is worth on the benefits of Methylene Blue and Red Light Therapy: "The science behind methylene blue and red light therapy revolves around their ability to directly influence mitochondrial function by enhancing oxygen utilization and energy production within cells,..."

Arsenic Levels in Biopharm Methylene Blue Exceed Pharmaceutical Standards
I uploaded the certificate of analysis to ChatGPT and asked whether this product was safe based on the analysis. The following is the response it provided.†The certificate of analysis for the Methylene Blue Trihydrate from Biopharm Inc. lists several impurities, including arsenic, copper, zinc, and residual solvents. To determine if these levels are safe, let’s analyze them against common safety standards:Heavy Metals and Impurities:1. Arsenic (As): 2.23 ppm (parts per million)The USP (United States Pharmacopeia) limit for arsenic in pharmaceuticals is typically 1.5 ppm, so this level exceeds pharmaceutical-grade limits. The EPA drinking water limit is 0.01 ppm (10 ppb), meaning this level would be unsafe for consumption.2. Copper (Cu): <0.01 ppmThis is very low and well within safe limits. The EPA limit for drinking water is 1.3 ppm.3. Zinc (Zn): No turbidity observedNo specific amount is given, but assuming no measurable turbidity, it is likely minimal.Residual Solvents:1. Methylene Chloride: <275 µg/g (ppm)The ICH Q3C guidelines for residual solvents set the daily permissible intake at 600 ppm for methylene chloride. This level is below the limit and likely safe.2. Chloroform: <46 µg/g (ppm)The USP limit for chloroform in pharmaceuticals is 60 ppm. This is within safe levels.3. Trichloroethylene: <45 µg/g (ppm)The USP limit is 80 ppm. This is within safe levels.4. 1,4-Dioxane: <175 µg/g (ppm)The EPA drinking water limit is 0.35 ppm. This level is significantly higher than what is safe for drinking water but might be within tolerance for industrial use. Conclusion:NOT safe for human consumption (due to arsenic levels).May be safe for external or industrial use, but the arsenic level exceeds pharmaceutical standards.Residual solvents are within acceptable limits for general chemical use.If you’re using this for medical, food, or supplement purposes, it’s best to find a pharmaceutical or USP-grade methylene blue with lower arsenic content. If it's for external use or staining purposes, it might be fine.
