Great to cook with or make shakes. If you were to make protein shakes with it I’d throw it in a blender. It doesn’t mix that smoothly like normal whey. It’s solid though. Tastes great. This company makes good stuff overall.

Tenuous a little chalky. But mix with a little hand blender and it’s not bad. Also love to warm up water to mix it in = nice hot milk alternative.

Good clean protein. Love the actual cacao powder as opposed to the cocoa powder you typically see, the salt content also adds some benefits as well as a little more depth to the cacao flavor. My 7 year old loves it too. I take it with the Santa Cruz creatine almost every morning.
