Use: elder care. I'm reviewing three incontinence products, for comparison. Always Discreet Boutique is excellent in terms of absorption and preventing leakage (daytime use). However, I would recommend sizing up, as the Medium is smaller than the Depend Medium, above. They easily handle either one 'wee' and/or 'poo' with no leakage. They do have a "feminine product" scent, though it is not overpowering. For a couple hours, you will catch whiffs of this distinctive scent. No skin irritation that I've noticed. Four stars (would be five stars, but for the fit). Depend Night Defense has been excellent in terms of fit, absorption (quantity and quality), and preventing leakage, even overnight. I bought the medium (per the chart) and it fits great; plenty of stretch. The absorption easily handled two 'wee's and/or one wee and a poo (I'm being delicate here, play along please!) with NO leakage! There is no smell to the product, so it is discreet. I have not noticed any skin irritation. Five stars, no complaints. Tena Stylish "Super Plus Heavy" was a disappointment in comparison. I bought Large instead of Medium, as recommended by many reviewers. The width/waist was good, but they fit more like hipsters than briefs. The back coverage was insufficient and they leaked through to the seat of the pants, even though I did not use it for bedtime/laying prone. Since I had to change them out about two hours after putting them on, I can't speak to skin irritation. They do not have any scent. Two stars.

Had to get these to catch any leaks from a hemhorror issue so any leaks didn’t pass on my clothes. As a nurse I’m confident to go to work knowing that I’m protected. I feel secure not worrying about leaks in the back area which regular pads do not catch! Yaay for these!!!

It’s comfortable. it can be wear all day

This product runs small for a large it says 14 to 20 up to 260 pounds. I am not even 200 pounds and they’re very snug for large so I suggest you size up.

These are very comfortable and have no leakage when it came to my postpartum experience with them. The designs on them are cute and they feel pretty light compared to other brands. They are a quality make and a good fit. I will be getting these for my next postpartum journey because not only are they cute they work well at locking everything in including any smells and they are a good deal for the quality.

These are so bulky I can't wear them. A complete waste of money. I didn't buy maximum protection but that's what was delivered. Obviously can't return the pack

I purchased these for my first few weeks postpartum. They were perfect! I didn’t have to line them with an extra pad as they absorbed very well. They didn’t show under my clothing either. I felt very comfortable in them. Beats the hospital underwear! Highly recommend these.

I have to get these online because you can't get them in the shops they keep selling out so now found them I will be buying more they're comfortable don't even know you've got them on
