Incredible customer service and really cool device
For my first drone ever, this is a pretty great one to get. It's extremely user-friendly and very lightweight! It takes really great video footage as well.Most importantly, the customer service is incredible. I originally purchased this drone from a third-party vendor and it came defective. When I reached out to Pyle, their manufacturer, they immediately sent me a new one (of course after confirmation) and it came in the next day!I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to perfect the use of the transmitter! (Of course there's a learning curve in figuring out how to navigate a flying device that records things)Please enjoy this picture of my dog chasing after the drone:)

Great drone. Easy to learn how to fly. Instruction manual is lacking a trouble shooting guide however.

Bought this on ebay and tought it will be a cheap toy, but this is like a real drone, it has a lot of features and the camera is super clear

Fantastic.
This is my first quadcopter. This one was suggested as a good one for beginners. And so far that looks correct. Initial setup was easy. Just charge the batteries, put 4 AA's in the transmitter. And you're ready to go.
