Great home office chair
I bought this chair for my daughter who works in a home office and sits at a computer screen all day. She wanted a supportive chair that wasn't too soft or too hard and had breathable back support. This Sadie chair fit the bill perfectly. It looks good, and seems to be put together well. Assembly was super easy and the chair looks "professional." After using the chair every day for the past 5 months, my daughter reports that she LOVES this chair. She claims that the cushion is supportive and breathes well so that she doesn't get all hot and sweaty sitting in it. Overall, it was a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it is so much more durable and adjustable than the sub-$100 chairs I used to buy....I guess you really DO get what you pay for. I highly recommend this product.

Have to make sure it's what you really want
This chair is OK, it is not fantastic. For all the adjustments, it is still lacking. I have a 15 year old chair that was cheap then and it is more adjustable than this chair. The range of adjustment is so-so. The quality is acceptable, but... it took a replacement chair and even then it was missing hardware, the screw package was broken open and loose in the box, clearly one screw escaped. The first chair was destroyed in shipping, it was not because of the chair. Count your screws and parts prior to assembly.

Lots of adjustments to customize for comfort.
Lightweight, sturdy, easy movement, easy adjustments on seat, height, back, arms. No regrets.

No cushioning
This chair LOOKS like it has a comfortable seat cushion, but an hour in and I can feel my bones pressing into the metal. There's nowhere near enough cushioning. It's very disappointing and uncomfortable and doesn't meet the standard I would expect for office chair.Update - after posting my review and with no warning I have just received ANOTHER chair on my doorstep. I do not believe that the previous one was faulty, just very poorly designed. Why on earth would you send me another one? My back is still recovering from the last one.

The chair has good adjustments for the back
The chair has good adjustments for the back, arms, and tilt. I was able to make ti fit my IKEA desk at the right height for my arms to use the keyboard and mouse. It isn't super soft, but I find it comfortable enough to use at the computer. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, especially for the price.

Mediocre Quality
Update: 5/26/2021 2 issues so far. First is that the seat cushion seems to have lost its cushion. Must not have a good quality foam. Second, the back of chair makes loud cracking and squeaks when I move. Hoping I get at least a year out of it.Original post: I bought it because it was similar to the one at work. I have no complaints at this time. It's comfortable so far and easy to adjust. I have to be careful because the chair likes to fly across the hard floor. Mat purchase is my next to do. Assembly took me about half an hour. The only issue was trying to screw the back of the chair onto the seat. You had to expose the screws but the back wouldn't stay up. I ended up setting a book between it and the seat just thick enough to where the holes lined up then put in the screws. If you have another person to help, it's not an issue. Other than that, it was easy to assemble. If anything breaks or wears out I will try to remember to update. Sometimes I can't find my reviews later.

Good Chair
I was in search of a reasonably priced chair for a home office revamp, because I was starting a new job where I work from home half time. My main criteria was the chair needed adjustable arm rests, because I know from experience that is a critical item for me. I also wanted general comfort, of course, since I would be in it numerous hours per day (I have a sit-stand desk, but typically sit about half the day). I was generally frustrated trying to identify a chair, since most had a fair number of bad reviews or were outrageously expensive. This chair came up on a Black Friday deal through Amazon Warehouse, and I decided to take the plunge because the price was an outrageous deal. The bad reviews for it seemed focused on the seat cushion, and I figured if it truly was that bad, then I could just purchase an additional chair pad - even with that added expense, the price would still be a steal. I also noticed that at least some of the bad reviews seemed to be for an older model than the one now listed - they referred to the Basyx model, the listing is now for the Sadie. Reviews on other websites for the Sadie seemed more positive. So I went ahead and got it.The chair arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and all the parts and pieces were there and in good shape (this can sometimes be an issue with Amazon Warehouse items, but not this time thankfully!). Assembly was straight forward - but be sure to check all those little letters on the assembly diagram before you jump in, I missed the use of the washers at first and had to redo those screws once I noticed that.Once it was assembled, I was very pleased with the quality, especially all of the adjustments you can make for the chair to fit you. At first the seat seemed a bit shallow, but once I adjusted the back properly, it was actually fine. The seat cushion is quite firm (but comfortable) at this point, but I suspect it will soften quickly as most foam does. All in all, I like the feel of the chair and am completely happy with it for my situation - but I've only had it a few days. Should things change over time, I will update this review.

Great chair for the home office
Really enjoying the chair. Love that the seat and back both move and can be locked independently allowing the chair to stay in a perfect position. Arms move which allows me to raise them when I need them or down so it fits under my desk. Use daily for school work and personal.
