I Had an oldish telly I decided to set up again.Alas after I set it up certain things would not work ie volume up and down, channel display, and a couple of other things .I thought it was the batteries but no luck with that idea .Then I got a clue as mute button suddenly worked.This made me think maybe its the remote which once again led me to my most favourite selling ompany Amazon to try and source the remote for my tv.Yet again my searching was rewarded with a universal remote which worked like a dream .Every glitch/malfunction I had immediately disappeared and tv now working at 100% efficiency and doing everything it should.do.Totally recommend this remote and seller.

Our TV had been playing up flicking between apps without any instruction to do so. We thought we’d try a new remote on the off chance that that was the issue. Lucky for us - It was! This new remote worked instantly (no requirement to sync it to the TV) and has resolved all issues. The buttons have slight variances in description to the original, but the functionality of each button remains the same so this is no issue in my eyes. And the best part - Samsung wanted over £60 for the exact same thing. Very happy with the purchase, definitely recommend.

Good value

This remote looks and feels inferior to the one that came with my TV, it is lighter too. I was daunted because it came with no instructions. However, it worked immediately because it was a replica of my original one, I suppose. I have only been using it for a while but it is working well and all the buttons work. It does not come with batteries as ones that come with the TV do.
