These walker glide skis work amazingly on aluminum walkers. They are much better than tennis balls or any other walker tips I have used. They glide easily across all types of flooring and do not catch on transitions. They are easy to install and have an adjustable fit by tightening the Phillips screw in the bottom that holds them in place. The set I just purchased are to have as a backup for the ones I have had installed for over a year. They are well worth the cost and you will get your money’s worth by peace of mind and ease of use.

Easy to put on and sliproof

This a great item. It installs easily and provides good support. On my 'indoor walker' I use furniture pads on the skid surfaces so as not to scratch the floors. Other than that, I'd say this product is perfect for its intended use.

I purchased these to replace some others in a round (disk) style that had worn out on a walker my husband uses primarily on pavement. They are thicker and look like they should last a lot longer on rough surfaces. At first, I thought they didn't fit. I almost returned them, then I read the installation instructions which are on the back of the cardboard at the top of the baggie containing the glides. Read those, and pick up a Phillips head screwdriver to install the slides. Within less than 5 minutes you'll have stable glides that make very little noise and glide easily on pavement, laminate and carpet. NOTE: The toughest part of the installation for me was removing the old slides which had wedged into the legs of the walker and broken off. I recommend them!
