After placing in frezzer The product mask was soft and cooling to face eyes and nose. Definitely helped with bruise nose.

Does what it says, reducing inflammation and calming your facial skin. Takes a bit of getting used to the extreme cold but it’s very refreshing!

Does it's job
Includes a silk liner for the masks so they do not lay directly on your skin. The case is nice to keep the smaller packs together. It does its job. Stays. Cool just long enough. It molds to your face as it's not a solid brick

It it’s my face perfectly!
I love it. No rough or stiff edges. It rests on the face correctly, do not have to keep adjusting it. Stays secure. It is not bulky. It is well made. A great buy!!

Excellent product for post surgery recovery
Great product. This was needed it after having cosmetic procedure. The different sizes and the soft skin protectors were excellent to use post op and I could tailor the coverage based on need. It fits just right and I'll definitely will use this even after my recovery.

Needs some improvements
I hopes I was going to love it but there are. Few flaws. When freezing it developed kinks in it so trying to out it in my face was difficult. I used the small circles mostly because it was TOO cold to put in my face. So cold it was painful. There is no barrier between face and plastic so I had to hold it to my face in increments.
